The Berry Family 5K will take place on Saturday, around Granite Park, in Plano from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. Expect lane closures from the beginning of the race, at Hedgcoxe Road and Dominion Parkway, to the park.
The Susan G. Komen Rock 'N Roll Marathon starts at 7 a.m. on Sunday at Dallas City Hall and will end at Fair Park. There will be lane closures and slow traffic all along the race route. Click here to get details on the course.
The Dallas Stars are playing the Calgary Flames at the American Airlines Center on Saturday night and the Mavericks will be there Tuesday night to take on Rockets. You can expect heavy traffic all around the AAC on those nights.
Woodall Rodgers will be closed this weekend so crews can finish electrical work underneath the new Klyde Warren Park. Starting Saturday at 9 p.m. the westbound main lanes will be closed until Sunday at 6 a.m. Traffic on U.S. 75 and I-45 will be detoured onto I-30. The eastbound lanes of Woodall Rodgers will be closed Sunday starting at 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. Monday.
They're going to close the right lane of the northbound U.S.75 frontage road between Park Lane and Walnut Hill for demolition work. That will be daily from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. until March 28.

It's going to be a beautiful weekend so that means crews working construction and road closures for drivers.
Along the DFW Connector beginning Friday at 8 p.m. eastbound and westbound Highway 114 will move onto new pavement. Associated closures include -- single left lane closed on the westbound SH 114 frontage road at State Highway 26 and the full closure of eastbound SH 114 off-ramp to William D. Tate Avenue/SH 26. Traffic will be detoured to Main Street.
Beginning Friday, March 29 at 8 p.m. westbound SH 114 ramp to SB International Parkway will be closed. Westbound SH 114 traffic will move onto the new westbound SH 114 to the southbound International Parkway bridge into DFW Airport.
Associated closures include -- the full ramp closure of the westbound SH 114 off-ramp to northbound SH 121 and southbound International Parkway. Traffic will be detoured onto Texan Trail.
