DISD Teacher Arrested For Sex Assault Of Student
DALLAS (CBSFW.COM) – A DISD teacher and former baseball coach has been arrested and charged with the sexual assault of one of his students.
Dallas police arrested Rolando Vasquez, 50, on two counts of sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl.
The arrest comes after the teen's mother found her diary, which detailed a relationship with Vasquez that went on for several months.
Vasquez is a teacher at Sunset High School.
He is being held on $50,000 bond.
