DFW AIRPORT (CBSDFW.COM) - A Delta Air Lines spokesman says a flight from Los Angeles to Orlando was diverted to Dallas Sunday afternoon due to "a security concern."

A tweet was sent out from the twitter handle @AllahuAhkbar911 to various groups including @DeltaAssist.

WE HAVE PLANTED EXPLOSIVES ON DELTA FLIGHT #1061 FROM LA TO ORLANDO, WE ARE ISIS, WE ARE HERE, YOU WONT BE.

Spokesman Morgan Durrant said passengers on Flight 1061 got off the Boeing 737-900 so authorities can search the aircraft.

According to DFW Airport officials, flight 1061 landed at 4:25 p.m. and the airport's DPS crew inspected the plane per protocol.

Officials told CBS DFW there were 179 passengers and 8 crew members were on the plane.

Passengers were taken off the plane and escorted to a safe location.

The airline continued the flight after authorities determine it safe to do so.

"Everybody was pretty calm," said passenger Judy, "but there's that thought in your head: 'Is this really real or is it not?'"

Investigators have not confirmed if the person who posted the message is connected to ISIS.
