WACO (AP) - Autopsy reports for nine people killed in a shootout involving bikers and police in Waco have been released.

McLennan County Justice of the Peace Pete Peterson released the reports Thursday, nearly three months after the May 17 shooting outside a Twin Peaks restaurant -- but authorities still have not said who shot whom.

Sgt. Patrick Swanton declined to comment, citing a gag order in the criminal case of one of the 177 people arrested and jailed following the shootout for engaging in organized criminal activity. All but two of the 177 have been released, and no one has been formally charged.

The autopsies showed four of the nine victims had illegal drugs in their system when they died.

Federal officials are also still conducting a ballistics investigation.
