2 Men Hospitalized After 'Distracted' Driver Runs Over Them

DALLAS, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - Two men are hospitalized after a truck ran over them in Fort Worth Friday morning.

It happened on Samuels Avenue and Cold Springs Road around 7:50 a.m.

The driver told police he was distracted when he hit the men head on. One victim suffered a broken jaw; the other man sustained a serious head injury and other broken bones.

One of the men was taken to Harris downtown, the other to John Peter Smith.
