Woman recount seeing flying debris during tornado in Union City
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has declared a state of emergency for three Michigan counties after tornadoes ripped through southern parts of the state on Friday. Julia Avant spoke with a woman in Union City who saw the tornado coming toward her.
