Vance says Whitmer can just "ask" to send National Guard to Detroit

During a speech in Howell, Michigan on Wednesday, Vice President JD Vance called out by name Michigan's Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, seemingly inviting her to allow the National Guard to deploy to the state, specifically Detroit.
