Trump discusses sending federal troops to New Orleans, Baltimore

President Trump says he wants to send National Guard troops to new cities he claims are crime-ridden, including New Orleans, Louisiana, and Baltimore, Maryland. The talks come as lawmakers look to extend the presence of troops in Washington D.C. Taurean Small has more from the White House.
