Trump announces Russia-Ukraine energy ceasefire amid diesel price concerns
President Trump says Russia and Ukraine have agreed to what he calls an energy ceasefire, halting attacks on oil refineries. On Friday, Mr. Trump said Russia's president planned to increase diesel supplies to the global market in hopes of bringing prices down. Jenn Sullivan reports.
