State of Michigan government remains open under continuation budget

There is no shutdown of state services in Michigan, even though the new budget was to have started today. An interim budget was approved and signed overnight while lawmakers work on finishing up a final version of the upcoming annual budget. CBS News Detroit is getting answers on that topic.
