Ontario threatens additional surcharge on energy exported to 3 states, including Michigan

Michigan was among three states that Ontario's leadership threatened with an additional surcharge for electricity they export to the United States in response to tariffs implemented by President Trump. Ontario also threatened an additional surcharge in New York and Minnesota.
