President Trump, first lady promote resources for those aging out of foster care

CBS News President Trump and first lady Melania Trump have signed an executive order to provide more resources for people transitioning out of foster care and into adulthood. That order, named Fostering the Future, is aimed at expanding education, career development and housing opportunities for those people.
