New Kroger store proposal under review by Royal Oak Planning Commission

A new Kroger store could be on the way to West 14 Mile Road in Royal Oak. If the city's Planning Commission approves that recommendation, there will be a traffic study before the proposal goes to the city commission for final consideration.
