Neglected pony in Michigan ordered back to owner

A pony that was rescued in Clinton County, Michigan, looks much better these days than he did last winter when he was removed from his owner's care. However, a rescue group that took in the pony said it was ordered by a judge to return the animal to its owner despite the group's concerns.
