Mother of boy fatally hit by 2 cars angry over decision not to charge drivers
A Detroit family said goodbye to an 11-year-old boy on Saturday. He died after being struck by two cars last month and was laid to rest Saturday. His mother says the drivers won’t be charged. She spoke with CBS News Detroit's Veronica Ortega.
