Michigan's Labor Movement demands House Republicans follow state constitution

The Michigan Court of Appeals is holding a hearing to determine if the delay in implementing several bills after they've passed the legislature was constitutional. The MI AFL-CIO gathered outside the court demanding House Republicans follow the state's constitution.
