Michigan suspect arrested on drug, weapons charges after found hiding under boat

The Kalamazoo suspect, 22, fled officers after a detective running a marathon saw him involved in an incident with a gun. The suspect was arrested on gun and weapons charges, and officials discovered he was a parole absconder in a previous armed robbery conviction.
