Michigan schools and cell phone policies

There have been attempts in Michigan to invoke state-wide law restricting student cell phone use at school. But without such a law in place, school districts need to set their own cell phone policies. CBS News Detroit looked into the proposed law on cell phone use and what parents are saying about the idea.
