Hamtramck city clerk says 150 absentee ballots were rejected

The Hamtramck city clerk says 150 absentee ballots were rejected in the Nov. 4 election. Those sealed ballots need to be corrected before they can be counted. This could change the outcome of the mayoral election and city council race.
