Federal shutdown drags on, warnings about air travel disruption

A small group of lawmakers say they have momentum on a plan to end the federal budget standoff and government shutdown. In the meantime, transportation secretary Sean Duffy issued warnings about his expectations of looming air travel disruptions, saying, "You will see mass flight delays, you'll see mass cancellations."
