Family, friends commemorate life of boy fatally shot at Detroit park

Samir Grubbs, one of the two people killed in a shooting at Skinner Playfield in Detroit, was celebrated by dozens of loved ones on Saturday. That includes Detroit Police Chief Todd Bettison.
