Detroit picnic with police honors boy killed in shooting

Detroit's 4th annual Peacenic on Saturday was held at Skinner Playfield to honor the 4-year-old boy killed in a shooting there in June. Police Chief Todd Bettison says he wants the boy's family and those in the area to know they are not forgotten.
