Detroit featured in James Beard Foundation's Taste America project

A dinner held Sept. 23 at Coriander Kitchen and Farm featured a multi-course menu created by TasteTwenty chef Sarah Welch of Marrow Detroit and Mink Detroit and collaborating chef Alison Heeres of Coriander Kitchen and Farm.
