Detroit aims to provide safe, fun environment downtown with Teen Kickback
Detroit officials say it's working on getting a handle on the teen takeovers that have been happening. A big part of the solution is giving teenagers something safe and fun to do. The city is hoping to start that on Saturday night. Julia Avant reports.
