Coin flip and drawing determines winner of Mount Clemens school board seat

The final school board seat in Mount Clemens was decided with a coin flip and a drawing from a tie-breaker bin. The Macomb County Clerk's Office says voters chose their top four candidates, but the fourth and fifth-place candidates tied with 3,469 votes.
