Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick to lie in state in Detroit

Former U.S. Rep. Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick, who served seven terms for the state of Michigan, will lie in state in Detroit. Kilpatrick died on Oct. 7. She was 80 years old.
