Recall: Yankee Candle Luminous Collection Fragrance Candles Due To Injury From Glass Breaking

DETROIT (WWJ) - Before you light that candle -- you may want to make sure it's not on the recall list.

A recall involving Yankee Candle's Luminous Collection fragrance candles announced Thursday --  the square glass candles contain a fragrant wax with three wicks, when the candle is lit, the glass jar can crack, posing a laceration hazard.

The item number is printed on the bottom of glass candle jar. The recalled candles are approximately 4 inches wide by 5 inches high.

If you have purchased one of these candles return it for a refund.
