Woman's Body Found Buried In Lapeer County
ELBA TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - A woman's body has been discovered by sheriff's deputies outside a home in Lapeer County.
The Flint Journal says the sheriff's office got a tip Wednesday and recovered the body from a burial site in Elba Township. Det. Sgt. Jason Parks says the body of the 37-year-old Flint woman may have been there for a week.
The homeowner is not considered to be a suspect, but investigators have been talking to an acquaintance.
No charges have been filed.
