Traffic Alert: Weekend Road Work
DETROIT (WWJ) – The weekend is here again, which means construction crews are going to be out in full force — especially on the Lodge Freeway, which will be closed from I-94 to I-75.
The following road work projects have been announced by MDOT. As always, some of this work may be postponed due to weather.
M-10: (Lodge Fwy)
In Wayne County, south M-10 from I-94 to I-75 will be completely closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for road work.
In Wayne County, south M-10 ramp to north and south I-75 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for road work.
In Wayne County, south M-10 off/on ramps to Forest/Warren Ave, Grand River will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday.
In Wayne County, north and south M-10 ramps to east I-94 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for bridge work.
In Wayne County, north M-10 from I-94 to M-8 will have two lanes closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for road work.
In Wayne County, north Greenfield Rd. over M-10 has will have two lanes closed from 7 a.m. Friday to 5 p.m. Sunday for road work.
I-275:
In Wayne County, north I-275 ramp to west M-14 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for road work.
I-75:
In Oakland County, north I-75 from Clintonville to M-15 will have two lanes closed from 10 p.m. Friday to 9 a.m. Sunday for road work.
In Wayne County, north and south I-75 ramps to west I-94 ramp will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for bridge work
In Wayne County, north and south I-75 from M-8 to I-94, will have the left lane closed from 7 p.m. Friday to 4 p.m. Sunday for utility work.
I-94:
In Wayne County, east and west I-94 ramps to south M-10 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for road work.
In Wayne County, east and west I-94 from M-10 to I-75, two lanes will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for bridge work.
In Wayne County, east and west I-94 ramps to north M-10 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for road work.
I-96:
In Wayne County, west I-96 service drive on ramp at Newburgh Road will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday.
In Wayne County, west I-96 ramp to north I-275 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for road work.
M-1: (Woodward Ave)
In Wayne County, east and west Warren at M-1 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday. Local access maintained.
M-150: (Rochester Rd)
In Oakland County, south M-150 from Olde Towne to Tienken has right lane closed from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday.
M-153: (Ford Road)
In Wayne County, lane closures on east and west M-153 from Chase to Oakman from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday for utility work.
M-39: (Southfield Fwy)
In Wayne County, south M-39 at US-12 (Michigan Ave) will have the left lane closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday for bridge work.
US-12: (Michigan Ave)
In Wayne County, west US-12 ramp to Greenfield will have lane closures from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday for utility work.
