The Snack Attack: Corn Dog And Mac & Cheese Nibblers Are Back At White Castle [TASTE TEST]
Two of the tastiest pop-able snacks are back for the summer! I'm talking about Corn Dog Nibblers and Mac & Cheese Nibblers from White Castle.
Unlike regular corn dogs that use beef or pork, the Corn Dog Nibblers are surprisingly made with 100% chicken. It's a little shocking, mostly because you'd never know it was chicken just from the taste.
And the Mac & Cheese Nibblers are unbelievably cheesy and creamy. It's the perfect way to eat a nostalgic American dish with your hands but without the mess.
I went for the medium sizes and got 11 Corn Dog Nibblers and 12 Mac & Cheese Nibblers, both which were made fresh while I waited. You can't beat freshly fried food! But don't wait too long to try these, they're only around for a limited time.

Corn dogs have always been one of my favorite foods. It's my go-to snack whenever I'm at Cedar Point or any of the local street fairs. And I'm happy to say these Nibblers lived up to my expectations. The corn bread was nice and crispy and the hot dog inside was tender and juicy. I was a little nervous about the taste of a 100% chicken hot dog but I honestly couldn't taste a difference. Those seasonings are spot-on. The corn bread, however, was a little disappointing. It's not that it tasted bad, it just wasn't very sweet. I would suggest elevating the taste of these Nibblers with some of White Castle's delicious honey mustard dipping sauce.
Mac & Cheese Nibblers -- Rating 9 out of 10
Delicious cheddar cheese and macaroni coated with a crave-able, crispy cheddar batter.
Wow, oh wow! I've had fried Mac & Cheese before, but never has it been this creamy or cheesy! Usually you bite into one and get a mouthful of dry noodles. But you'll find none of that here. It actually tastes like you're eating a bowl of macaroni and cheese. The kind with the powdered cheese though, not the liquid stuff. And the batter is so crispy and crunchy, it takes the whole flavor to another level. To make these even creamier, dip in ranch. Yum!
