Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services is better known in Dearborn, but for the first time in their over 40 years, they are expanding their outreach services to western Macomb County. Adnan Hammad of ACCESS says there is a growing influx of refugees from Iraq settling in this area, with needs in such as as health and mental health, employment skills, and english as second language instruction.
