Snow Totals In Metro Detroit, City By City
METRO DETROIT (AP/WWJ) Did it seem like the snowfall that blanketed metro Detroit Sunday and early Monday went beyond your typical storm?
If you thought so -- you're right.
This is the third worst storm in regional history, according to the National Weather Service, with 16.7 inches falling at Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
Of course, it wasn't evenly distributed.
Here are some totals by city:

Kalamazoo: 20 inches (measurement may have affected by blowing and drifting snow)
Battle Creek: 18.5 inches
Wayne County's Brownstown Township: 17 inches
Detroit Metropolitan Airport in Romulus: 16.7 inches
Paw Paw: 15.8 inches
Macomb County's Shelby Township: 15.5 inches
Ann Arbor: 14.1 inches
Hastings: 12.5 inches
Oakland County's White Lake Township: 11.2 inches
Lansing: 10-11 inches
Grand Rapids: 9-10 inches
Flint: 9.2 inches
Howell: 7.1 inches
Saginaw: 7.1 inches
