Record Holder Keith Millard Impressed By Lions' Ndamukong Suh
A few weeks ago, something caught Paula Millard's attention. It was an article about Ndamukong Suh. The Lions' rookie defensive tackle had just turned in another impressive performance, and his sack numbers were soaring.
The article said Suh had a shot at breaking the NFL season record for sacks by a defensive tackle. Millard brought it up to her husband, Keith.
"And I was trying to think about how many games there were and how many sacks he had at that time," Keith Millard said. "And I think he had six, and I was thinking to myself, ' Man, he's got a long way to go. It's not going to be that easy.'
"But he's a great player. I really like watching him when I get the opportunity."
