Police Search For Suspect In Armed Robbery At Dearborn 7-Eleven

DEARBORN (WWJ) - Police are searching for a suspect involved in an armed robbery at the 7-Eleven in Dearborn.

Monday around 1:30 a.m. police say a man approximately 25-30 years old with what is described as a "scraggly sculpted beard," wearing a black flat brimmed baseball hat with a white Chicago Bulls emblem on front, a black hooded sweatshirt, and black sweatpants entered the store at Telegraph and Oxford.

The suspect allegedly waited for other customers to leave and approached the clerk with a gun demanding money.

He fled on foot at the robbery with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police believe he may be involved in at least three related robberies in neighboring communities.
