Pistons Veteran Ben Wallace Proving He Has Plenty To Offer

At 36 years old, Ben Wallace has more on his mind than just playing basketball.
He wants to leave a legacy.
And beginning tonight against the Thunder, in what could be the start of a two-year run toward retirement, Wallace plans to lay the foundation for younger players, coaches and the front office.
"I am just trying to give something back to the game," said Wallace, who wants to be more than a rebounding and defensive presence for the Pistons this season and next (he's signed through 2011-12).
