It's pretty obvious that the 21-year-old singer isn't afraid of being naked. Cyrus this week posted a picture of herself in the shower to Instagram. Even though the picture is of her backside, she placed a heart very strategically over her butt.

Though nude photos of Jennifer Lawrence leaked last month, her friend and "Hunger Games" star Josh Hutcherson is coming to her defense. The actor tells "ET Canada," "We're people, too man, we just want to live. We want to be normal people, it's not fair."
Hutcherson can relate to the leak. Last year, a nude picture of him went viral.
