DETROIT (WWJ) - Michigan's major labor market areas, their seasonally unadjusted jobless rates for November, followed by October:

- Michigan, 5.7 percent, compared with 6.4 percent.

- Ann Arbor, 3.5 percent, compared with 4.1 percent.

- Battle Creek, 4.6 percent, compared with 5.1 percent.

- Bay City, 5.1 percent, compared with 5.5 percent.

- Detroit-Warren-Livonia, 7 percent, compared with 8.1 percent.

- Flint, 5.7 percent, compared with 6.2 percent.

- Grand Rapids-Wyoming, 3.7 percent, compared with 4.2 percent.

- Holland-Grand Haven, 3.8 percent, compared with 4.1 percent.

- Jackson, 5.3 percent, compared with 5.8 percent.

- Kalamazoo-Portage, 4.4 percent, compared with 4.9 percent.

- Lansing-East Lansing, 4.1 percent, compared with 5.1 percent.

- Monroe, 4.1 percent, compared with 5.2 percent.

- Muskegon-Norton Shores, 5 percent, compared with 5.5 percent.

- Niles-Benton Harbor, 5.2 percent, compared with 5.4 percent.

- Saginaw-Saginaw Township North, 5.2 percent, compared with 5.7 percent.

- Upper Peninsula, 6.1 percent, compared with 5.8 percent.

- Northeast Lower Michigan, 7.4 percent, compared with 6.6 percent.
