Memorial Service For Serviceman Who Died While Video Chatting With Wife

ADDISON, Mich. (AP) - More than 400 people attended a Michigan memorial service for a U.S. Army nurse who died in Afghanistan while video chatting with his wife.

Capt. Bruce Clark's family and friends gathered Saturday at Addison Middle School. The service started with a silent tribute from uniformed fire department and military veterans. Clark was a native of Addison and former member of the fire department.

Clark was deployed to Afghanistan in March. His wife was in Texas chatting with him via Skype on April 30 when he collapsed. The death is under investigation.
