The Lions were back on the field this morning for another day of training camp. Nick Fairley, the team's top draft pick forced to leave today's practice during a special teams drill after twisting his foot. Jim Schwartz says it's not serious. Gosder Cherilus, Titus Young, Jeff Backus and Jack Williams all were held out of practice today due to an injury. Lions are holding open practice again tomorrow.

Tigers take tonight off before opening a 3 game series with Texas downtown. Detroit's lead is 2 ½ over Cleveland who stars up a 4 game set in Boston.
