Winter meetings wrapping up today down in Florida, Tigers President Dave Dombrowski commented on the Carl Crawford signing by the Red Sox. Dave says that's Detroit can only have so many 20 million dollar guys a year and he has two in Miguel Cabrera and Justin Verlander. Dombrowski said he never had 'serious' talk with Crawford's agent. Crawford got 7-years and 142 million from the Red Sox. Dombrowski also mentioned he does not know if the team is close at all with Magglio Ordonez.

Lions announce that their game with the Packers on Sunday is a sellout. Lions practicing today in Allen Park, Jahvid Best is back at practice after missing Tuesday's workout. Gosder Cherilus and Derrick Williams did not practice. The Packers Charles Woodson is practicing despite a sore ankle.
