Man Killed When Crane Tips At Construction Equipment Business

FILLMORE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - Authorities say a man has died after a crane tipped over at a construction equipment business in western Michigan.

The Allegan County sheriff's department says an accident was reported Tuesday morning at the business in Fillmore Township.

The man's name wasn't immediately released. The Grand Rapids Press reports the man was operating the crane when others heard it fall.

Authorities are investigating, but WOOD-TV reports no other workers are believed to have witnessed the crane tip over.
