Lions Center Dominic Raiola Is Cautiously Optimistic

A number of Lions players have gone public this offseason with predictions of an eight- or nine-win season with expectations of competing for a playoff spot.
One player not making any bold predictions is longtime center Dominic Raiola.
Raiola has played his entire career for a team that has had the worst nine-year stretch in the history of the sport. He's on his fifth coach in 10 years in Jim Schwartz. He survived the reign of terror by former general manager and team president Matt Millen. And he endured the embarrassment of a 0-16 campaign in 2008.
