Jimmy Howard Agrees To Contract Extension
Detroit Red Wings Goalie Jimmy Howard has agreed to a two year contract extension worth $4.5 million. The 26 year old Howard is 30-12-3 with a 2.79 goals-against average and a .908 save percentage. Howard will start in net for the Wings tonight against the Kings. The NHL trade deadline is 3pm and it is not believed the Wings will be making any moves.
