I am all for Michgan's motorcycle helmet law, which gives the driver the choice of wearing a helmet or not. I think anyone who doesn't should have his head examined,but if the person elects to be an ignoramus that should be his or her choice.
Over the weekend in Russia a motorcycle rider gets clipped and flies through the air. I think the person had his helmet on ,at least I hope he did.
