FREE Confidential Depression Screenings

DETROIT (WWJ) - Do you have a lot of days when you feel hopeless, sad, and anxious?

On Thursday, Oct. 10, thousands of groups across the country will offer free, confidential depression screenings in observance of National Depression Screening Day.

An estimated 19 million Americans are living with depression, and millions more may have it, but don't know that it's a common, treatable illness.

Depression affects people from all walks of life and can significantly interfere with behavior, physical health and interaction with others.
