Foster Father, 61, Accused Of Having Sex With 16-Year-Old Adopted Daughter
MACOMB TOWNSHIP (WWJ) -- A Macomb Township man who fostered at-risk children has been accused of having sex with one of his foster children.
Jackie Pittman, 61, who was a previous Macomb County adoption board member, has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree. Both charges carry 15-year felony charges.
Pittman allegedly had sex with his 16-year-old adopted daughter last month.
A family friend says Child Protective Services has investigated Pittman twice, but nothing ever came of it.
Pittman is being held on a $25,000 cash bond and will be back in court on September 6.
