Former "Idol" Champ Overdoses; Hospitalized
Former "American Idol" champ and realty TV star Fantasia is in stable condition at a North Carolina hospital after what's described as an overdose of aspirin and a sleep medication.
This comes days after the singer was sued by a woman who claims Fantasia had an affair with her husband. Fantasia's manager says his client was "overwhelmed by the lawsuit and the media attention." Fantasia won "American Idol" in 2004. Her third album, "Back to Me," is to be released August 24.
