Michigan will wear a throwback jersey for their first night football game in Ann Arbor. Don't change the Old English D, the Red Wings wheel or Michigan football jersey. I don't care how much money UM gets out of the deal. I hate it when you have something classic and change it for money.

UM is doing great recruiting so far. Michigan fans always have said the UM recruits itself. Even so, after the Rich Rod era to have this kind of success so far this early for Brady Hoke is very good news.

It's tough trying to be the G.O.A.T. (greatest of all-time) Ask Lebron James. Dudes made it to the NBA Finals and is coming off a triple double yet still gets ripped apart. That's what happens when you come up with the decision, give yourself the king nickname, act like a baby and walk off the court without shaking hands, bite the hand that feeds you by refusing to talk to the media, quit in playoffs against the Celtics, attempt a ring-less plea league wide to get MJ's number retired and then not being able to come up with anything the last three games in the fourth quarter against the Mavs. I'll continue to hound the king on all of this but if he comes back and gets a ring I will also give him his props.

I've said from the beginning of the year that the Tigers, considering their recent past, were really going to have to show me something for me to buy in this year. While I still remind myself about the second half failures since 2006 I have jumped aboard this year's bandwagon. Six games above .500 does it for me.
