Ferndale Post Office To Hold Community Meeting
FERNDALE (WWJ) - The Post office is holding a community meeting in Ferndale next week regarding the possible closure of the city's Post Office.
The public is invited to the meeting at the Kulick Community Center from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 29.
The post office is looking at ways to shore up the red ink brought on by a drastic decline in mail.
A Dollar Store in the city's downtown currently sells stamps and ships packages.
