Fall Warming Trend

DETROIT (WWJ) - For the start to the work week, the Metro Detroit area will have varying amounts of clouds, and a couple of showers will linger around as we go through the morning into the midday hours, then things should start to dry out and maybe clear up a little bit later this afternoon. Monday's high: 66.

The weather should be dry for the Tigers game Monday night; first pitch temperature: 57. Mainly clear, down to 45 later tonight. Mostly sunny Tuesday, up near 70 and then low 70s with sunshine on Wednesday.

Monday - Mostly cloudy. A slight chance of light showers. Highs 64 to 68. North winds 5 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Monday Night - Mostly cloudy during the evening. Mostly clear overnight. Lows 43 to 47. North winds 5 to 10 mph.

Tuesday - Mostly sunny. Highs 69 to 73. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph...turning to north...then becoming light and variable late.

Tuesday Night - Mostly clear. Lows 46 to 50. Light and variable winds.

Wednesday - Mostly sunny. Highs 70 to 74. Lows 49 to 53.

Thursday - Mostly sunny. Highs 72 to 76. Lows 50 to 54.

Friday - Mostly sunny. Highs 74 to 78. Lows 51 to 55.
